This place is something special. I'm an avid shopper of Italian delicatessen's and this place delivers. The store made sausages are some of the best I've ever tasted. Every time I attend or host a BBQ I make sure to have a few coils of these beauties They're always a crowd pleaser.
If you're a Loacker fan, run here because they're an official retailer for Loacker products! The store is well kept, has a TON of amazing Italian products and the fantastic Garlic King spread and the people there are just the friendliest and sweetest!
Picked up meat on sale @ 4.99lb and was charged more than twice as much in error. Returned for a refund but instead of crediting original payment they handed me cash and offered no apology. Will not be returning.
Bought one of those mystery grab bags for fun last week and very dissapointed to find items that had expiry dates dating back to April of 2022. Why are you selling these long expired items that are virtually inedible and potentially dangerous ? You don't try to sell long expired products ..... you should have chucked these into the garbage many months ago. Check the expiry dates on things you buy here..... they have no limits that they will go to make a buck.
Total ripoff, ordered a veal on a bun. They charged the same as California's but you get a sad little single grey cut of meat on stale crumbly bread. Unbelievable.
Oh my goodness. I discovered this place through a friend who was hosting a Christmas party. I went to visit for the very first time this past Monday and already am addicted to the variety of dried sausage they have. At the cash register I was speaking with the friendly cashier who recommended they're renowned fresh coils of sausage. I was then offered samples to try them. Needless to say I was hooked line and sinkered. I seem to have spent over $100 in two visits this week. Very very recommended, amazing staff and specialties that I haven't been able to get in terms of quality since raiding my friends Nonna's cold cellar years ago for homemade sausage. You've got to check it out. Did I mention the hot meals they serve in the back area. My goodness... Such variety of breads and hot foods. That's what I'll try next

We recently had some catering done by the store for our son s wedding. As we re not from the area, the arrangements were all made over the phone a few weeks prior. The day before the wedding, we went into the store for last minute changes and clarification to the order. Diane was very helpful and welcoming and treated us to an espresso as soon as we entered the store. She packaged the paninis individually and labelled them all. They were enjoyed by all in the limo after the ceremony and as we waited during the long photo shoots. The bread and meats were so fresh and the vegetarian option had a variety of delicious roasted vegetables. Thank you, Diane and team for providing such excellent, personal customer service. Love this place! Great selection of Italian products and food.
I used to love this store because they have some great products but their customer service is seriously lacking. They were never the friendliest people but once the Covid protocols were introduced they were extra rude. You feel like cattle in there, not a human being. I shop elsewhere now and wont be returning after things lighten up. Theres lots of great Italian stores and Euro stores that treat you like a human being.
