I was here for supper one night. It is a great little pub restaurant. Family dinning on one side and pub on other side. Has a great vibe and wonderful astatic feel to the place. Food was was in a proper price point for what I ordered. Staff was friendly and professional. Food served quickly and had many local beers on tap and lots of wine from local wineries from the area. Would totally say worth a stop in and have a bite to eat. Or just go for a brew and shoot some pool.
After a walk on the nearby KVR trail, my friend & I went to the pub to rest, relax a bit. That time we ordered the appetizer plate..it was large, stuffed with 6 or 7 deep fried items like chicken wings & tenders, spring rolls, zucchini sticks etc..we couldn't finish it. We went another time & shared a clubhouse & raved over the fries
Check out these half sized nachos! They're huge!! The service and the atmosphere make you feel right at home! Loved itFood: 5/5
Our experience was one of excellent food that tastes like it is made on-site. Fresh and tasty. We had devine fish tacos and a burger. Great selection of beers and super service. I love the variety of seating types. Will go back for sure.
Didn't seem too welcoming to tourists folk who live in Vancouver passing through. Service was lacking, attitude plentiful. Also, odd to see a lack of local product behind the bar. Would have expected a greater offering. Food was good to be fair. Hence two stars. If you're looking to support local and recieve a welcome feeling, this isn't the place. Shame, as we were genuinely excited to stop by. General store is fantastic. Maybe grab a few sandwiches, some drinks, and take it down the beach. You'll have a better experience.
This was our second time here in over 1 1/2 years. Enjoyable atmosphere and great food Great service also.
I’d recommend going to Penticton for a nicer spot and meal. Definitely not suitable for families and kids. The staff have no language control. I would definitely classify this as a bar. And not a place to go out of your way for.
Wow!! What a treat! The nachos, I cannot even describe this. We got a half order, just wow!! Appetizer platter had more than listed in description. Delicious!!
Patio always closed , even on the nicest day. Keep rearranging the tables , you ll get it right one day , the pool table takes up half the dining space ,sports on the screens ,noone really watching, not the best atmosphere. Menu is really simple, nothing special at all. Dinner? good luck. Wings are good though. Nowhere else to eat , so...take it.great parking.Nice plants, maybe put some inside or use them to shade the patio.so your servers arent too hot to serve outside. Parking: A million spots to park.
Delicious fish tacos and wonderful service. Thanks to our lovely server Kathleen. We enjoyed it very much.
