The wheel on my luggage was broken after checking it for a flight. Other repair shops told me that could not fix it or that it would be prohibitively expensive. Pete said he would see if he could find a suitable replacement since it had sentimental value to me. He later called to let me know that the other wheel was cracked. When I picked it up, he only changed me for the additional wheel, not the labor.

What a great place. I've had them repair shoes, repair a tear in a leather jacket that was invisible after they go done with it, repair luggage, refurbished an old TUMI leather bag (20 years old). Pete and his crew are straight up nice people. This is my first choice for anything shoes, luggage or leather.
