It's a beautiful spot for a picnic or just a walk along the river on the boardwalk.nThe kids park is definitely a must if you have young ones.nSaturday there was a vendor market setup in the park selling crafts and assorted products.nNot sure about Sundays but it's Worth a look
Beautiful, love bringing the kids to the playground and splashpad. Love the walk. Almost always get to see the blue heron! Wonderful wildlife. Tents have been set up recently by homeless along the river, sadly.
If you have young kids, this park is absolutely fantastic! The play structures are modern, with a zipline that's unrivaled across any other municipal park I've seen, an excellent splash pad, and riverside picnicking under shady willows. This place is an absolute gem for a family stop or the lucky folks who live nearby!
Looks like a beautiful park, with a few out buildings, and well maintained. Great place to stroll along the Napanee River, watch birds, walk your pet, have a picnic, or watch the sunset. The only concern, from a safety perspective, was the tent on-site from a homeless person. There is also a playground and splashpad farther to the south of the gazebos and picnic shelter. Great place for kids in the summer.
This a great playground! Best playground in the area! There is lots do to for the kids. Zip line was their favorite. Nice high climber fully enclosed for safety with 2 big slides down.nSplash pad and a wooden ninja course.nLots of place to sit down and keep an eye on the kids.nBathroom building not sure if open and a nearby food truck.nOn the library side a creek with stepping stones and on the other side a big grassy lot with beautiful old trees and pavilions.nWorth a visit for sure!
