Had an issue with work done an a previous autopro location... These guys stepped up fixed the problem under a garantee and the were fantastic. Even took the time to phone around to help find a deal on a the part i needed to save me money. Fantastic people running the phones over there. Cars been great thank you guys

Greg worked on my car and really wen't over and above what I was expecting in terms of quality of service. My car was ready right when they said it was and they even washed it! I also really liked getting a detailed email showing what was repaired and how. Thanks again napa!

Our motorhome broke down while driving to Alaska, and we called into Prince George to find a mechanic shop. Rivers Edge Services adjusted their schedule to get us in first thing in the morning, and we slept in our motorhome in their parking lot after getting towed to Prince George that night. The next morning they were ready at 8 am to help, and during a steady rain their helpful shop foreman used their diagnostics tools to find the issue: a blown fuse on the main CPM, which was caused from a dead short somewhere (anywhere!). To find the short, they consulted their extensive data base to search for likely causes, and after some research and checking, quickly found the source: a short on the wiring going to an oxygen sensor on the exhaust. He pulled the Oxygen sensor and repaired the wiring, then rerouted it to eliminate the chance of it happening again. In less than 2 hours and $225 we were on our way! Without their specialty diagnostics tools, and (expensive) subscription to a huge network of "common" mechanical failures, I feel the average mechanic shop out there would likely have cost us thousands of dollars attempting to find this problem. Needless to say I was impressed. The clean and professional facility, the cheerful office gal, the gentleman working on his back outside in the rain, and ultimately the timeliness and the cost of the repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone and am happy to give them 5 stars!
