Trusted customer service. Good historical tracking of previous work on vehicle. Variety of availability of appointment times. Love that they store my off-season tires! Free courtesy cars. Really good at explaining repairs and future maintenance. Washed my car and gave me a thank-you note and a chocolate!

The people are very helpful and the gentleman who receives the customers is very friendly. The work is done as identified unless there is a problem not previously noted. In that case, I got a call to see if I wanted to go ahead with fixing the problem.

Their service and the personal touch to everything. They actually care, even with a free car wash at the end to make the most of your visit. I have recommended them for years!

TREMENDOUS SERVICE .. VERY HONEST AND WOULDNT CHARGE YOU IF IT HAS no probs went twice and did awsome job ......m there loyal customer... Always try to go when BEN is there other guys on the desk are use less they promised me a courtesy car and when i showed up they told sorry though i had booked the appointment a month ago i had to wait for an hour and a half to get it checked

Came in for tire changes and oil. major suspension work was needed The staff took pictures emailed me quickly and recommended doing the work its a major safety issue. The work was quoted to 1800$ they had the repairs done in one day and under budget. They quoted what was needed to be done now and what can wait. Try them first you wont be disappointed.
