Thank you to all the friendly people at Lajeunesse et Frères. Our old VW Rialta RV threw a bearing while traveling around Quebec City, 800+ miles from home. It was nearly impossible to find a shop to work on it, but the folks at Lajeunesse et Frères were happy to help. Parts are very tough to find for this unusual vehicle, so they sourced what they could immediately and repaired it in a day. They let me know that other work was needed, but it was safe to complete our family vacation. Without their help, we would have been stuck for days at least and would have to fly the family home. Instead, we were able to enjoy the beautiful area before getting the kids back home for school.nnThey completed the work very well and surprisingly quickly. The cost was very reasonable and the people were helpful and great to work with.
We broke down outside Quebec City and our rental car company couldn't help us. Struggling with French, we finally found La Jeunesse & Freres and Vincent -- who spoke English!! He took care of getting us a tow to the shop - and the next morning, they fixed the car. He warned us that they fixed the car enough so that we could drive 3 hours and exchange the car. they found a worn head gasket. We so appreciate that he - and the shop - understood our situation and didn't try to gouge us. Rather they acted in a way that us professional and with integrity.
Wow! Couldn’t say enough. Our VW van with subie engine, ran into a problem. Called shop, Vincent answered asked a few questions, solved problem and ordered correct part for next morning. Drove in, Vincent came out, had a look and confirmed problem - replaced part in 30 min. Thanks so much for the above and beyond service.

On Thursday morning, January 15th, in Château-Richer, the car that needed towing was in a very difficult situation and, according to them, almost impossible to get out without damaging anything. The tow truck driver who came to our rescue did a tremendous job, with meticulousness and professionalism that greatly impressed us! He was able to get the car out without a single scratch! We are extremely grateful! If you could pass on a message of appreciation, it would be greatly appreciated!
