Asked them to check why my driver's electric window wasn't working, charged me to check on it, told me the electric motor would need replacement, 600$ new, 450$ used. I refused because it was so expensive and decided to open the side of my car door to see if I could fix it myself, spent about 45 minutes, snapped a rod back in place, wndow has been working fine since then. They lost my trust forever.
