This was my first time dealing with Bernard’s. We purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass in January 2023. We can not say enough about this business to our friends and family. Friendly, efficient and HONEST. Another mechanic said I needed to replace a significant component in the car that was not cheap. Once Bernard’s looked at it they determined it wasn’t the issue and provided the correct fix. Very happy with the service and honesty.
Unexpectedly had car trouble while in transit. Bernard’s took it in on a busy day and did the repair. Very accomodating and professional. Highly recommended.
This was our first experience purchasing a vehicle from Bernard's and we're very impressed. They were really nice to work with trustworthy, no pressure and followed through with everything they promised. They even had the generosity to do extra courtesies delivering our vehicle a 40 minute drive and later picking it up and delivering it again after looking into a few concerns we had. My battery died as I pulled into Bernard’s on a Friday afternoon. A mechanic looked at it almost immediately, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and I was back on the road in just over an hour. The office staff offered water for my dog and couldn’t have been kinder. The people and service here are incredible.
