Excellent customer service starting with receptionist that understand the automotive industry. Its so easy to get your car in for repairs because they provide you with a replacement car upon request. The prices were also way better than other places I was quoted. Would definitely recommend this shop so avoid hassles

A professional, locally owned auto shop. Their new email program gives you a comprehensive diagnosis of the issues. You pick what you want fixed. Really well done.

While on our way from Waterloo to Stoney creek for our nieces wedding we ran over a bolt and it punctured our tire.We pulled into the shop and explained what had happened and we were in a bit of a bind. Adam had our car in and out of the shop in twenty minutes. This involved taking the tire off the rim and patching it from the inside and rebalancing it.Although we thought for sure we were going to be late for our nieces special day, we were actually ten minutes early. Very friendly staff and cheaper than expected.Thank you so much!!!!

Dealt with a lot of mechanic shops over the decades. Glad I found this one. 100 percent reliable and great pricing. Wish we dealt with Mike and his team sooner.
