They were able to get me in with no wait and took care of a clutch adjustment bolt I’d broken on my motorcycle. He got the bolt drilled out and replaced and adjusted the clutch cable for me, and it’s been working great since.
Our car broke down just outside of town. We got a tow in. Erik initially told us it would be a week to even look at it. However, he immediately started to look for parts for us. He then personally took us to our hotel. Kept us informed about what was happening. The fire delayed the arrival. Then offered to pick us up when the car was ready. The price to fix the problem was reasonable, even though they could have taken advantage of our situation. They were extremely busy but went out of their way to help us. Thank you for helping us.
Chris really went out of his way helping me very last-minute and early in the morning, with my motorcycle's key tumbler. Made it back to Whitehorse with plenty of time to spare. If you're in Dawson be sure to make use of his services and ask him about his vintage CBR...
Just wanted to reach out and let everyone know last week approx sept 15/21 what an incredible experience had with the customer service and mechanics out back from the tire shop. I came in and they were slammed busy but after telling them my story of ruining 4 tires on the Dempster and was on my way back to Vancouver that same day. Well the shuffled there day around amd made room for me and had 2 guys jump on my truck and get me up and running in about 45 mins. That is legendary service and totally cari g for tour out of town customers. So THANK YOU all very much!! I will tell every one how great you guys were Cheers Gary
Great friendly service when I had to replace my motorcycle chain. Brought my own chain and they shortened it for me, cut off my old chain and even loaned me some tools to finish the job. They actually have a motorcycle mechanic but they were too busy for a short notice walk-in.
Very friendly and helpful, sorting us out with a replacement regulator and a few other odds and ends for a trip up the Dempster! Great prices too

It's NAPA, but it's auto parts. If they don't have it they can get it for you.
