While at a fishing resort, our boat was running poorly. Determined to be spark plugs. My husband ordered special spark plugs on Saturday, to be received by this Napa on Tuesday morning 25 miles from our resort. Napa was to call of plugs did not arrive at store. Arrived at store 8:00 am Tuesday morning & they “forgot” to order the plugs. 100 miles of useless driving & ruined our fishing trip. Not acceptable business practice.
So helpful! They put in a lot of work to find me the part I needed! I will be going there again!
Very friendly Staff! Great Store.
