Good parts store. I mostly use their online feature instead of going in to look around. Works well. Prices are okay but I usually check elsewhere too. Customer service is good. They will phone you if problems occur with online purchase. No problems at all with NAPA.
I've been shopping at this local business for close to 30 years now. A few years ago ownership changed and I had high hopes for better customer service. Unfortunately this was not the case. I'm spending thousands of dollars every year on chainsaws, brush cutters, hand tools and more and every single time I feel like staff is bothered by me making a purchase. Just last week I went to WL Forestry to purchase a commercial grade leaf blower. When asking the staff for help, the sales lady simply pointed to the area where the equipment is stored. Not one word, no offer to help or questioning what specifically I'm looking for. Just one example of of many over the years. There is no competitor in town, so the closest alternative would require a 2 hour round trip. I'll consider this from now on. Dealing with warranty issues or repairs is on another level of poor service. The long-time mechanic is amazing and super skillful, but trying to get help from the counter staff is painful. If you have options, I strongly suggest not using this business. I'm puzzled by the positive reviews, as many of my friends and sub-contractors made the same experience I have, over the years. It's a shame, but I'm not willing to get treated so poorly for spending thousands of dollars annually. A smile and friendly greeting goes a long ways, may I suggest a customer service workshop for sales/counter staff?
Moved up to Williams Lake 5 months ago. I have been coming to this store multiple times for service repairs and parts.I have been dealing with Kerry. Very friendly and knows his stuff. He has gone above and beyond. I will continue to shop in this store.
These people have always left me feeling like I can't wait to come back. The service and assistance I received is top notch. The atmosphere is open and easy to get around. Then there's the product. I have found nothing but quality items at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this establishment.
Great staff. Every time I come here they're helpful and their service is above and beyond.
Very good people they help you with out even thinking about it they actually asked you the customer if you need help yes it's their job but for Williams Lake customer service is extremely hard to find but they would match any city of there and excellent product
Staff was entirely indifferent that a customer me was in the store. When I asked for help, the lady seemed annoyed to be interrupted from whatever she was doing. They didn't have any of the things I needed either. BIG swing and a miss for me.
Great folks here. Supplied me with an old lawnmower engine for my son to work on for a reasonable price. Also, large selection of yard and small forestry equipment.

Great products, lots of selection. I had to look around store for staff in order to ask questions about a product on more than one occasion.
