Every time you call in, they put you on hold. Probably for nothing. Make you you wait 8 to 15 mins. If you call back thinking it will different. You get put on hold again. Your better off going straight to the store to find out if they have what you need or not
Service was very good. While I was waiting for the young lady to return with my part Herb didn't have a customer so he asked if I needed anything else at that point I remembered I needed oil which he put on my invoice and got off the shelf. I'm very happy with the service.
Staff was not helpful at all!! After going down all the aisles looking for a certain item, I finally had to approach the counter where all staff were chatting amongst themselves and did not even acknowledge me standing right in front of them. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where customers are acknowledged.
