Would like to thank all the staff who helped is out from what could have been an expensive end to our Holliday. We broke a leafspring just south of Pemberton. We were able to limp it to our campsite at Birkenhead. We rigged it hoping we may be able to limp it home. The next day we had to go get supplies and ran across Napa. On a chance we went in and asked if they had one., which they didn't but were able to have one brought in from Vancouver by 330 that day!!! We picked it up the next morning and were able to complete the repairs at the campsite and get home. You guys saved us and were so polite and helpful we will always remember. Thank you and keep being Amazing!!!!!
I needed a single lug nut, able to fit aftermarket wheels. I called them and due to the pandemic situation, they said they dont allow customers inside the store. I suggested I could hold the old broken lug up to the door for them to see and they could check if they had any others. They agreed and did that a few minutes later when I got there. They found my part quickly and the exchange was quick, contactless and easy, not to mention friendly and welcoming despite regulations for safety. Great guys, really helped me out in this messed up time. Thanks!
This place is awesome!! I was stranded with a blown bearing on my boat trailer. I was moving to a new town for a new.job and these people were so helpful and friendly and kind I was blown away. They were like family!! Awesome customer service.
I called into Napa while on a road trip, I asked the person over the phone "Do you guys have an OBD II scanner for sale?" And he had no idea what I was talking about. He replied with "A what scanner?".... I told him I need to scan a check engine light and his response was "Ohhhhh.. yeah let me look that up". Please hire staff that have even the bare minimum knowledge about vehicles.
Good service from All of the Napa employees All willing to help me gets pretty busy and takes some time to get your order in, but I've been going There for a while now and there is no reason not to continue, good prices on some of automotive parts.
I had an emergency with my truck and trailer 53ft bob tailed into town and the female employee was so good fixed a hydraulic line with fittings in great time
