Awesome team that knows theyre stuff and very supportive after the sale!
My motorcycle broke down battery trouble just outside of town late at night. My daughter lives in a neighboring town, she picked me up. The next day we went to Napa and explained what I needed. The wonderful lady that helped me gave me the battery she had in stock to try and if it didn't work to call her and she would immediately order the one I needed so I could pick it up the next day. So she had to order the other battery for me. The battery she ordered had to be filled and charged. I had no way to charge it and was going to have to purchase a charger. When I went into pick up the battery she had already filled it and charged it for me. That ment so much to me! The staff there is awesome and I highly recommend them! Thank you again!
I knew they are more expensive then most...nBut their service is absolutely terrible!nUnfriendly and no one else there except me, but still wouldn't get off his ass to show me where the product is.nWhen i came back to return some off it i was served by a different employee that right away had aditute.
The store is very well stocked parts of every category. The products are well organized on very large shelving untis .They seem to have special prices all the time. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They came out to show me the product's I needed. Carried them the counter, and after I paid them, put them in our truck. Could not get any better.
I cannot say enough about this business! We were stranded in the Coop parking lot on July 3rd holiday Monday with a broken down trailer. Firstly their answering machine gave 4 different after-hours cell numbers and they all either answered or called back. Tom met us at the store to get parts and Marty my knight in coveralls went above & beyond to get us fixed up and back on the road. Thank you so much!!!!
