I had THE WORST experience at this location, the non bearded guy was rude right from the beginning. I walked in, and was polite and said hello, he glared at me, didn’t say hi, and I proceeded to say I had called in the day before, about some fluid s. He still glared, being the person that I am, I asked him, eye to eye, “why are you looking at me that way?!” He then said, well I wasn’t the one you talked to on the phone, so how do I know?” I replied, “ya I know, that guy was nice, you’re not” after I told him what I needed, he walked to the isles and gave me a look back, with a disgusted look. So by this time, I was done with this rudeness, I walked out, and said “if you are seeing me like this, it’s because, I am deflecting your nastiness, to me!!” I walked out to leave and may or may not had called him a hole of some type. He deserved it, even another nearby parts place, told me that they knew exactly, who I was talking to! People like that shouldn’t be working with the public, with that attitude! Napa, you lost my business, today and future as I upgrade my vehicle. This specific location!!!!! Find nicer people to work for you, to represent your company better!!!
i purchased a car battery from NAPA Auto Parts about two years ago. Recently, the battery became very weak and unreliable. I had it checked at another shop, and they confirmed that the battery is failing.nAfter that, I called NAPA to ask about the warranty. I was told the battery has a 4-year warranty, but they require a receipt. Unfortunately, I no longer have it. I asked if they could look up the purchase in their system, but they said they could not find any record under my name and therefore could not help me.nI understand a receipt is important, but the battery clearly has the NAPA brand on it and is only about two years old. I paid around $250 for this battery, while similar ones elsewhere cost about $120. I chose NAPA because I trusted their reputation for quality.nIt is very disappointing that no effort was made to verify my purchase or offer any solution. This experience shows poor customer service and lack of flexibility.nBased on this experience, I would not recommend this location and will not return. Napa 8107 Roper Rd Edmonton.
Old guy at the counter told me my part was a dealer only part... also was very rude and had no clue how to do his job went to bumper to bumper 2 blocks away part was 5 bucks and they had all sizes.... don't waist your time with this company......
Awesome service over phone and in person and will continue to come in thank you for you professionalism
The older guys working here are always rude and unfriendly. Customer service needs a lot of improvement.
