I've been dealing with this family business for years. Always fair, always honest. Typically I don't like to recommend a mechanic because people can have such varied experiences, but in this case, I'll stick my neck out for them. I predict others will have my great experience as well

I called, checked they had the part in stock. They told me they had the part in stock, drove across town for them to tell me they can't find it anywhere. What a waste of my time. Would be nice if the person on the phone actually got up to make sure they had the part in stock. It wasn't a matter of checking. I already called. Checked and it showed it was in stock on Napa's end.

Highly recommended!  Employee at the counter was super friendly and helpful I didn’t catch his name at the store but it says NAAJSURJIT on the invoice.  I came here because they had a much lower price than Lordco on the starter I needed, and I’ll now always come here first. The rebuilt starter worked great as expected.

Kaytee from this store is great. Always getting what I need in a reasonable time frame! Pricing and everything is competitive. Highly recommend! Also can confirm Jim does not smell like toots.

I was moving out of my house and needed a little adjustable wrench, went here because it was close to my house.n31$ for the smaller adjustable wrench. All I can say is wow. Was at home depot today and saw the smaller ones for 4.99$nA set of 3 different sizes was only 28.99$nGouging prices is unfortunately a very common problem. These people are insane selling their tools. Will never ever go anywhere near this place for anything that can be bought somewhere else for a 1/4 of the price.
