The GM young women with glasses was amazing along with the gentleman taking my order at the till. Quick to get, had the chicken sandwich and it’s a perfect size. Don’t recommend getting the rice, but the fries are delicious
Ordered food at about 7:30pm and everything was reheated by the looks and taste. Fries were powdery and chicken a bit rubbery. Definitely have had good experiences previously but this time was nowhere near as nice.
Horrible service & food. placed a huge order and was told 20 minutes for pick up. Went in for a pick up and they claimed they didnt have my order. then they asked to wait 20 more minutes, in which we added another itemburgerto the order just while waiting in which they said 12 minutes, but since we were already waiting 20 minutes that was fine. once we got home which is a quick 5 minute drive, everything was cold & stale with absolutely no flavour- im sure to rush our order since they messed up to begin with. When called back to speak to a manager they did absolutely nothing about it and took no accountability. Do not recommend! Go to barcelos instead for a better experience
Ordered take out 45 min in advance to pickup at specific time. Only 1 table filled in whole restaurant....still my order Wasn't ready until 10 min after pickup time. Food was great. Service very friendly but very slow. Would have been 5 stars if I hadn't been waiting around for my food in an empty restaurant. Regardless, I'll be back....it's still worth it.
Very Bad service!!!! They were 1 of 3 restaurants that ruined my Birthday :. About a week before, I got an e-mail saying I get $5. for my birthday. I e-mail back asking how it works. They do Not e-mail me back. I drive to another city just over 1/2 an hour away and the supervisor says she knows nothing about the birthday $5. I should have taken a photo but no one should have to. Been put through over 20 months of Hell and Pain Already and forgot. I contacted again and got no response or not going to fix it especially properly. Very Bad service Nandos!!!! I won't be going back. No one should go there!
I am regular customer here in this particular place from a very long time. And every time i come here i am just amazed by the service. I came to eat a sandwich and the restaurant was jam packed with people but these girls i am telling you have no stop. No amount of orders, phone calls, take outs can slow them down, they just keep on going and going. They are real HUSTLERS!! They made sure that i was being taken care of and also my food was perfect as always. A huge shoutout to prabh, tanvir, ekam and all of the kitchen staff even after being this busy they were able to put on a great service and managing everything in the best of their abilities. I always recommend this place to my friends and family and will keep ondoing that. Keep this super amazing work up!!!
K usually this place was good but maybe its changed hands now. As a regular customer, I go in order doublet leg . I see them open a drawer of alreadt cooked chicken for re -fire. I asked wait how long has thar been in there for. Like you would think 2 legs of chicken it 18$ would be fresh grilled. No that's not the case for Nandos Abbotsford. She said its been in that drawer for 3 hours then they re-fire .The "snack" size mashed when I always had been given a regular sized box the mashed was cold, no utensils in the to go bag. And over 10 minutes i waited for them to box the side chicken was already done? Sorry but not impressed ! If i wanted left overs I would warm up my own food at home. Wont be returning lost me as a customer .
This store needs to train employees better. Employees being mean to each other. Would not recommend this place as a work location to anyone. You can feel the toxic environment.
Amazing chicken and spicy sauces! I loved the interior layout and decor. Reminds me of the locations in Europe. The staff were super kind and the food was brought out in a timely manner. Great tasting food! Wheelchair accessible.
