I visited Nando’s for the first time here in Canada, and it instantly brought back memories of my favorite meals back home in Australia. From the moment I walked in, Alia took great care of me, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without delay.nnThe chicken was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the chips were absolutely delicious, crispy and seasoned just right. What really stood out was Alia’s service: after I finished my meal, she came by to check in and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. That extra touch made the experience even more memorable.nnHighly recommend this Nando’s location. It’s officially earned a spot as my go to favorite here in Canada, just like it was back in Australia!

Had a great experience at Nando’s! The environment was very welcoming and not too busy, which made for a really nice, relaxed meal. The staff were all friendly, and our cashier Satinder was especially polite and helpful.nnI tried the Garlic Bread CLT, which is a new item on the menu, and it was really good! I also got a side of Spiced Rice, which paired perfectly. My wife ordered the Wings and a Mango Lime Lemonade, and she loved both.nOverall, great food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere — definitely recommend this location!
1 STAR — Cockroach Found in Food BramptonnnI am beyond disgusted by what happened at the Brampton Nando’s location.nnWhile eating our meal, my girlfriend discovered a cockroach inside her food. This was not food debris — it was a full roach with visible antennae and wings.nnShortly after, she became violently ill and is now experiencing uncontrollable vomiting.nnThis is a serious public health violation and we are currently filing a formal complaint with Peel Public Health.nnThis experience was disturbing, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. We will never return and strongly warn others to be cautious until this location has been fully inspected.nnThe manager offered my girlfriend a store credit and re make of the meal but could not refund to my credit card so now I have to drive all the way back to them to get cash back. In what sense would you expect or think we would ever want to eat here again after this experience.nnI have filed a complaint with peel public health as well as corporate.
We were thinking of a place to have our lunch, and Nando's was the first thing on our mind. Our mouths were already watering the moment we pulled up the parking lot. Satinder was so gracious to help us with the menu. She and the other staff were super. Nando's: the best grilled chicken in town!
