Nancy and her team have been doing my taxes for the past 10 years and They have always been incredibly professional, accurate and highly focused on giving you the best possible results. I have been working with Nancy and her staff for over 10 years and have always found them to be knowledgeable and helpful, especially when dealing with the Canada Revenue Agency. Nancy is AWESOME! Not only does she know her stuff but she actively tries to save you money where ever she can. For me personally I just started a business and Nancy walked me through everything I needed to know and is continually answering my questions as they come up. Nancy explains what I can and can't do and is very honest in her dealings. I trust her with not only my business but my family as well. She always has my best interests in mind. I cannot say enough about her other than this is the accountant you need in your corner. Every member of my family is now with Nancy and everyone has nothing but positive things to say!

Awesome service!!! I have been helping a family member catch-up due to a period of severe illness and Nancy and her team happily took on 3 years worth of taxes and disability credit. Would recommend!!!

Would NEVER recommend.. Nancy herself assured me my taxes would be stright forward and easy to do. It took over 6 months and 5 disputes with the CRA to get my taxes fixed correctly!! And the ONLY reason why they got fixed was because I called the CRA myself to find out what was wrong and how to fix it. I explained this to Nancy and after hand holding her through the process it was finally fixed. I was charged a second fee for the inconvenience of Nancy/Lori having to sit on hold with the CRA to fix my taxes. I was NEVER advised of extra fees. If you deal with Lori, she gets easily frustrated and angry. She talks over you when you try to explain something and she doesn't have a very professional attitude. She can be quite rude. Learn from my mistake, save your money and your sanity and search else where for tax assistance!!!

Nancy's office has done my dad's taxes for the last decade. I drive all the way from Barrie to have her do my dad's taxes for him and would not go elsewhere. Highly recommend
