***To the owner: I see you have the same response for almost all the negative reviews. Basically, just being proactive to complaints makes out for better customer service. I bought a 2016 car a few years ago with a 'free' oil maintenance package for the life of the car, which in fact is not free. Every time I bring it in they charge extra and their explanation is that they have added *extra services to my oil change. That is not free and very misleading to the consumer. A few short months after buying my car, they called me to ask if I wanted to trade it in! Geesh, I was still trying to enjoy my new purchase. They still text This is almost harassment... They used to include a free car wash with the oil change, not any more. I thought this was an excellent perk, and kind of made up for the not so free oil change sigh....

I recently brought my 2010 Outlander in for service and a detailing package to Nanaimo Mitsubishi. Unfortunately the service spiralled into a somewhat major operation Involving new brakes, rotors, tires, etc. As I have come to expect from this exceptional service department, they worked with me and available options resulting in a very reasonable bill for a lot of work. Combined with an amazing detail job, the car is probably close to the condition it was in when it was new. I am extremely pleased with them and their new location seems to have only lifted them to a new higher level of excellence. Thank you for a job well done.
