My late husband and I used Gordon to prepare our Wills, Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements. Throughout the process we found him to be thoroughly professional and very knowledgeable. Gordon Ball is an experienced and knowledgeable lawyer who reviewed our wills and updated them. He made a number recommendations in the review process that updated the wills to conform to present day laws, and in addition, incorporated our thoughts in respect to after death wishes. He kept us informed throughout the process and met all the time lines he set and we agreed to. We found him easy to communicate with and he responded to our wishes very well. We came away confident the job had been done properly and that our estates would be handled as we planned. I would highly recommend Gordon for any family matter.
We have used Gordon for all our transaction over the 13 years I lived in Parksville. Although most deals he was needed for were not complicated, the last deal, our purchasing a home back in Alberta was not that straight forward. Gordon had to work wth my mortgage broker, relator, financiers, etc. all who were located in Calgary, Alberta. Everything went smoothly and our purchase was very easygoing for my wife and I.
