Honestly there's a chicken chef down the street just go there. The guy was rude on the phone said my small order which was wrong by the way would take an hour and fifteen minutes to get to my house and I only live a 15 minute walk away from the nairn chicken delight. I got two pieces of chicken, which were cold when they got here. The bun was crusty and stale and full of grease because they packed it in with the chicken. My salad was wrong and the guy never even asked me which salad I would like on the phone . After I waited over an hour and fifteen I called back to check on my food. The guy then said yeah yeah you called earlier I said it would be an hour and a half. So he lied to me and then I waited another 10 minutes for my food. When the delivery guy came into my house he gave me the wrong order. He then came back with the right one. I also ordered a pouting from them which was just fries and gravy. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. They honestly don't deserve even one star. I hope this was chicken delight on a bad day because it was the worst food service I've ever received and I've been on this planet for 17 years.

In all the times I've been to this location, the chicken has never been cooked using fresh oil which would result in a nice tasting, light golden brown slightly dry on the outside and juicy on the inside chicken. Instead, I've always been served dark brown oil-soaked chicken with a slight rancid oil taste, with the fries not being much better.

Food was delivered. At first thought they forgot the buns. Found the buns in sealed bucket with chicken. Buns were covered in mold hence the reason why they packaged them the way they did. Old dry buns seem fresh to the touch when in a bucket of steaming greasy chicken. They should have picked the mold of first. Called to advise and no one really cared. I advised they should check the rest of the buns. Phone hung up. Seriously??

I've ordered from this location several times and have been disappointed each time. Pizza has been burnt, chicken and fries are never fresh but soggy and oily. I've given this location several chances hoping it would just be an odd occurrence but it doesn't seem so. I will never order from this location again and I wouldn't recommend to anyone else. Avoid this place and Go to chicken chef down the street!

Since the new management has taken over in 2016, the quality of food and customer service has improved drastically. I would highly recommend it trying this location of Chicken Delight. They also have halal chicken, if someone is looking for halal dine-in or take out. Unlike, many other deep fried chicken outlets I have tried, this location serves chicken freshly made!! I would give them a 5 star rating.
