The ladies and gentlemen here were very nice, even though we showed up just prior to them closing. They took their time and treated my daughters and I right. We always use this location for my oldest daughter to wax her eyebrows, this was our first nail experience. Great job. 👍

Sue was fantastic! She really made sure that my nails were to my liking each step of the way. Beyond worth the price! I'll be going back often!

I do not usually write reviews but I want to be honest about the experiences we have had at Nail World. They basically churn and burn (and cut your skin at times too). They rush through the manicure and pedicure treatments and the polish is not applied well. This last visit (and it is going to be our last) the woman doing my daughter's nails cut her three separate times while trimming her nails. She was rushing and the polish was not put on cleanly or evenly. When I advised the manager she only offered to have us do this gel manicure all over again and would not give a credit. When we went back an hour later after deciding to redo them they said we had to wait at least 30 mins! Poor customer service and unprofessional results. There are much better places to get your nails done.

Lily and all the staff at Nail World are the best. Even when folks move out of town they come back when they get the chance.
