Our design team at Urban West Architecture worked closely with Naikoon Contracting on the design and construction of a complex custom single family residence located in North Vancouver. The residence received both Passive House and Net Zero Certification. Naikoon is one the best single family home builders that we have worked with over the past 20 years in the industry. Their team is professional and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of custom home design. As an Architect they made our job easier by collaborating with us during the design process and coming up with innovative solutions that met our design intent and satisfied the client’s objectives all while keeping a close eye on the project budget. We worked directly with senior project manager Simon Wong - he was resourceful, highly organised and a pleasure to work with.
