When speaking about round pizza one immediately thinks of Naples, the birthplace of pizza. It is equally true that when speaking of Pizza al Taglio (by the slice) one can only think of Rome, the Eternal City!
At our Pizza Bar we combine the best of both worlds. Our inspiration for NàROMA Pizza Bar comes from the heart of Rome where Pizza Al Taglio (Italian for pizza by the cut and traditionally made in large rectangular trays) was created but also combining the Neapolitans demand for the highest quality crust. We take ancient recipes originating in the 18th century and present them in a modern and chic atmosphere. Our pizza is prepared authentically using dough that is made very slowly, lovingly kneaded repeatedly by hand, allowed to relax and rise for a minimum of 72 hours before it’s ready for the oven. This method is performed daily incorporating a secret blend of imported flours, extra virgin olive, natural yeast, original creative combinations and friendly service to create the perfect pizza. Our aim is to offer you the highest quality Pizza Al Taglio by providing outstanding quality with no shortcuts ; using the same slow, time-honoured methods, techniques and ingredients used for generations by the pizza masters of Naples and Rome.
Our food is simple, authentic and made with the best quality ingredients. The simpler the cooking the more we supervise detail because there are no short cuts to quality.
