Not good, not bad, not particularly authentic. The menu is too large. Would have liked to see them focus on a handful of recipes, and do them well. Vietnamese cuisine is supposed to pop with bold flavors, but it feels like it was toned down for yuppies.
Delicious food. I am impressed. great service too. Owners cooking in kitchen big plus Vegan eggplant dish was best eggplant dish I've tried in Portland so far.
Nicely decorated restaurant with friendly staff in a nice neighborhood. We ordered spicy pork vermicelli soup and beef with carrot rice noodle soup. Both have very good broth and generous portion.
One of the only places around here to get some decent vegan pho. Pretty environment, but its only take-out right now.
Visiting the area from Houston where the Vietnamese is large with very good foods, Non La restaurant has good presentation of the dishes and the foods taste decent.
