The store front is a bit hidden. Interesting interior where you cannot see half the room kitchen. Loved the dumpling soup and various korean snack/dishes. I will be back to maybe try some other variations.
Tiny little place serving up comforting korean fare. The pork cutlet meal is massive for what you are paying. The dumplings are steamed and tasty but I would expect a few more pieces. I would recommend getting the soup dumpling option instead. Parking: Parking out front
We dropped in for quick lunch and did not disappoint. We enjoyed the large dumplings so much. They are juicy and huge. The spicy rice cakes are very spicy. We received excellent service here and very adequate.
Went on a later weekday afternoon in between lunch and dinnertime. The space is relatively narrow, but there are a number of small tables available. There were no other customers inside and we were given a choice of where to sit. The staff provided menus and table settings right away and were prompt to take our order. The dishes were made upon ordering and brought out steaming hot. The staff accidentally gave us less dumplings than they should have, but were quick to notice and add more dumplings to the soup. The broth was flavourful and the noodles were bouncy. The dumplings had a savoury flavour and paired well with the broth. The staff did not rush us out and had us pay at the table when we were ready to go. Price was reasonable and the food is good for quick, casual meal. Parking: Located in a strip-mall, lots of parking available.
Everything is delicious and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Quiet and chill spot to go for a quick afternoon meal. Perfectly fulfilled my cravings. Very reasonably priced
I always leave this place happy because the food isn’t heavy, taste good and healthy. It is also more affordable compared to similar Korean restaurants nearby.
Loved this restaurant! Saw a review with pork dumpling soup and thought it looked very appetizing so I ordered it even though I usually don't like dumpling soup... But oh am I glad I did! I absolutely loved it! The dumpling was good. The dumpling skin was chewy and not too soft even though it was in soup and the filling was very flavourful. I also loves the soup, reminds me of soup I often had in childhood! Will definitely visit again!
Went to this place not knowing how good and cheap the food was. We ordered half and half mandu, tonkotsu and the chewy noodles. I’ve always loved a good kimchi mandu and this one didnt disappoint, the kimchi tanginess was pretty strong with a tiny bit of spice. The classic pork mandu was pretty savory and juicy. The tonkotsu was served with a cup of rice and cabbage. They cooked the tonkotsu really well, it was golden brown and crunchy with the tangy korean curry sauce on top. The pork was very tender and juicy. My favourite was the chewy noodles in fish cake soup. I cannot tell you how chewy these noodles were, all I could do was slurp it all up because cutting them was a shame! The broth was really light and refreshing, and not at all fishy.
Great place for dumplings!!! Mini kimbabs are delicious and perfect for a light meal.Food: 5/5
Family style simple meal place. Got the rick cake dumpling soup and cold noodle, pretty much vegetarian dishes other than the egg. The flavour is good, however I think it's kinda pricy for such a simple meal.
