First time at Mystic Journey…… I needed help in finding a gift for my son’s girlfriend but the three young girls behind the counter were too busy loudly complaining with each other about their personal lives. I was able to find a book and when I checked I inquired about doing a $49 for 15 minute reading. Thought it would be fun…. Um, not at all what I was told it would be like. The Reader is not a clairvoyant like she claims to be and really didn’t say much. I have it recorded - she kept asking me questions so she could ride off the coat tail so to speak….waste of $49!  The book should be good but I could have bought at B&N.

Love this shop and love Angela - she's my favorite reader! I'm sure they're all great but she was working the day I needed some clarity so she's my go to reader now.  Recently bought an awesome little book about manifesting. Would make a great stocking stuffer at x-mas.  It's a positive vibe shop - the employees happily assist and the crystals are pure joy!

This store is 1 of the best in the area!!! The staff are always helpful and friendly and they have a huge selection of intuitive readers to pick from..I had a 30 min session with Krista Schwimmer and she was awesome!! She was very welcoming,friendly and has a great intuitive gift!! I highly recommend Krista!!!

I attended this bookstore a few weeks ago on a whim. I bought a gold chain and 2 crystals. I am pleased to say every single item I got was a beautiful addition to my life. Over the past few weeks my insomnia has dramatically decreased as a result plus a number of other factors like mediating on the moon of their crystals. But the 5 stars isn’t even about the quality of their products or the wide selection of books they own or even the cute little sculptures and deities they have or even the quiet and serene ambience they have going on. I’m giving them 5 stars because one of the employees seriously made my day. It was a young lady maybe in her late 20s or early thirties. I asked her a few questions about the crystal wands and how to care for the crystals and she was so helpful and educated I felt like just for her I would go back. Her passion and respect for the crystals really felt like Mystic Journey Bookstore attracts the right people. Her eagerness to help me made the entire experience a memorable one. So I definitely recommend stopping by here if you’re looking for a metaphysical shop to hangout in. I mean they even have an outdoor patio, absolutely divine.

First I'd like to say that the team is super friendly and kind, their books, candles, crystals are amazing and not expansive. They also have cute jewellery. BUT when you book a reader, it is a nightmare for them to be on time. It's crazy. They request you to book online or by phone, then they call you again to confirm, then you have to be there 5 minutes before, but the readers are never ever on time. And you have to wait 15/20/30 mn one day I waited 45 minutes!, in the store, without being able to sit, just because the reader doesn't respect your time. I stopped booking reading with them because of that until yesterday.... Yesterday after months without going to the store 5 months!, I booked a reader Julia à 6.15 pm. I was there at 6.05 pm. 2 charming young ladies confirmed me, TWICE, that she is scheduled to end at 6.15pm. So perfect for me as I told them I had a super tight schedule so why did you book at Mystic Journey could you ask me? Well,  never ever again!. At 6.15pm I asked if it was still ok, they checked the computer and told me it should be ok in one minute. Twice they asked the reader who said that she will be ready in one minute, At 6.25pm, I asked again what was happening. One lady checked with the reader and told me that she was really sorry but obviously, suddenly, surprisingly, there was a double booking but how? everything is online! and that Julia had a 30 minutes booked so that I should wait...Seriously, they were not aware of that before? Why when they checked it was not mentioned?....I think the reader during the previous reading just decided to renew it without checking if someone was booked.. And the best...one of the lady at the counter told that it was unfortunate that I had things to do after the reading. Really? Well I think it is unfortunate that the reader and the staff don't respect their client's time... So I decided to cancel. I was waiting for 20 minutes, I did my part, booked, was there on time, and how could I be motivated to meet with a reader who just doesn't care about the client. And the team just let it go...Don't care if they lose a client..  So if you decide to book a reading there, take a chair with you, as you can't sit and you have to wait for a long time, and keep in mind that they will never be on time. So don't plan something afterwards!
