Mystic Diner does a great job! My cousin and I got sandwiches, my other cousin got a burger, and we were all quite satisfied with our choices!! I got a Monte Cristo sandwich, and it was amazing!! So delicious! I'm still thinking about it!! We all got milkshakes as well, those were also very good!! It's a great place!
The waitress was phenomenal. So personally and welcoming. The place was very clean and the food was delicious...must go if in the area for sure.
Everything was fine except for the moment when a staff member told me to hold on to my face. Customer service needs to improve. The chowder was delicious. The waiter forgot something but I still tipped him and thanked him for his kindness.
Tasty breakfast with super great attention to safety of the customers and staff. Social distancing and cleaning were a clear priority here and it was greatly appreciated. The staff was also all friendly and quick with orders and any requests. I'd finally rest here again.
Sub par diner food. My monte cristo had dry turkey and soggy bread. My girlfriend had a sandwich with lox and it was mushy and over salted. Normally we aren’t very picky eaters, but we both couldn’t finish our meals because everything tasted bad. The waiter was nice so that’s a plus.

First time. Is the best time at this restaurant. One of the best restaurants in North America.... planning on going through Connecticut next week. And I will definitely be stopping at this restaurant, every time I go through Connecticut from now on. Even if it is 30 miles out of the way.
It was the best turkey dinner! The kids had breakfast items and mac n cheese. The food was delicious. Warm and friendly customer service all around. Our server Ken was a sweetheart. Will definitely return!
