I've attended multiple events where Myra's did the catering. Good food at good prices.

Please do not make the mistake of trusting your wedding / occassion with Myra's Country Cakes Inc. My sister had a meeting with Myra, made a cake selection & paid a deposit all in the same day. She then went home & researched Myra's cakes and was extremely dissappointed with Myra's cake decorating skills. My sister called Myra the next day to cancel her order stating she had found a comperable company and was going with a different bakery. Myra unprofessionally refused to return my sister's deposit stating that she'd "given it some thought & decided not to return the deposit but my OTHER sister who is getting married could use that deposit if she wanted"!! Wow! My sister had called Myra within 24 hours of paying the deposit to cancel her order, no ingredients had been purchased for my sister's wedding cake within that time period, my sister's wedding cake had NOT been created so for Myra to not return the deposit is unprofessional & unkind. She took my sister's order cancellation personally instead of remaining professional. Myra runs her "bakery" out of a shed in her back yard, she uses that space for baking as well as miscellaneous storage, not a tasteful enviornment.
