Bought two flavorbeast. Both have died before being empty. The first one had a third left, and now this one has over half left. But no power and doesn't charge. *Update: The manager reached out and will exchange it at no cost.nnEdit: Bought Level X pod and got a battery FREE
First time having a new Canadian help me out at this vape store. After that I won’t be back. Asked about some flavours and he was oblivious to anything to do with vapes. I’m stuck with a 51$ vape that tastes like mouth wash lol.
Good Selection, Poor Knowledge.nThey have a respectable selection of vape products, but its customer service is sorely lacking. The staff's inability to answer basic questions about their products is frustrating. In an industry filled with complex devices and e-liquids, knowledgeable staff are paramount. Customers deserve to feel confident in their purchases, and that requires accurate and helpful information.nIt’s evident that My Mellow Vape Shop needs to prioritize staff training to improve customer satisfaction.
Bought a buy one get on half off deal for the Vice boost. Both products were defective, leaking juice, complete no juice air flow after 50% juice. Talked to the owner explaining the defective product and offered me half off another device, same brand. Extremely unreasonable. I wanted an exchange for a diffrent brand, I already wasted $60 on te6o devices that dont work properly. The vice boost is a defective product and explains why their selling them half off as theirs complications with them. Save your money and a headache. Head to Hydavaoe across the street. The owners are great, better pricing and to boost customer service is on point.
I am giving Cadence 5 stars because she is always a delight and very friendly and very easy to chat with.. I never have to tell her what I want as she already knows. Keep up the great work
