I went to this vape store on my birthday and had such a great experience! Sohail was super kind and welcoming, and Nandini was amazing at helping me choose. She suggested different flavors and explained the features of the vapes really well, which made it easy for me to decide. Overall, the customer service from both of them was excellent and it honestly made my visit feel special. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a vape shop!
The only reason why I'm giving 5 stars and keep supporting this vape shop is because of Hailey. She is absolutely amazing and knows her stuff. Always a pleasure to talk to as well. Keep up the amazing work!
The staff at The Vape Shop are very fast, efficient and friendly. The shelves are always stocked with product, and if they don’t have it, they will let you know when the next order will arrive.
