They communicated with   me efficiently and effectively, informing me of all my options. I have done both my car insurance and home insurance through My Insurance Broker. All their representatives are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to get you the best rate possible. I would recommend this brokerage to everyone and anyone looking for insurance.

The first portion of this review is specifically regarding Richard Joshua who is a broker there.  The 5 stars are for him.  He has been exceptionally professional, considerate, and lightening fast at responding to us and  assisting us immediately with our requests.  Thank you so much for your hard work.  In regards to the company, I would give them a 3 star rating.  Prior to Richard coming on the scene, I struggled to contact brokers and was transferred often and given misinformation several times. Ask for Richard if you chose this company.

I needed home insurance fast and my broker got me my insurance within the same day at a much lower price than i had initially calculated for. He even delayed the payment until a couple days later when i got paid so that coverage could start immediately.  100% would recommend!
