I used to loveeee coming to my hookah.. but the last time I came here, it seems the entire staff has changed. Angie’s service was always amazing! I was so sad to see she wasn’t there anymore. The whole music selection, layout, and staff are all different. There was a bouncer at the door who asked to see my ID, that should’ve been a sign to leave then. I ordered cheese fries, and they were absolutely horrible. It was a straight up Kraft cheese square microwaved on fries… the server we had was nice, but the hookah was harsh. Also a $25/ person minimum charge. I wouldn’t recommend coming back
Personally, I think this is easily the best lounge in Chicago. Fairly priced. BEAUTIFUL waitresses and great music. Ambiance is great, while the security are very strict I appreciate that being in Chicago where any knuckle head can ruin a great time for everyone. I feel very safe here. 5/5 I love going most especially thursdays - sundays.
My favorite hookah lounge in Chicago. Celebrated my birthday there this year and it was awesome …Excellent customer services, great music and top notch atmosphere… honestly, there’s no better place to be than this lounge..
Been here a few times and things have changed … last night we were charged $40 a piece and it was 3 of us, for hookah and cups and ice at the door. We weren’t asked if we were sharing hookahs or anything just charged a price at the door. When I asked management what was the extra $20 for he stated cups /ice and to smoke. However we didn’t have any liquor nor were we smoking and then we didn’t even get cups nor the ice for the table since we “paid” for it… i don’t think I’ll be returning.
Great place , Nice hookah and very good hospitality.
Very disorganized bunch. There was no DJ and someone just playedrandom music from a laptop. The manager/hosts had favourites and ignored the rest of the client.
Fun place to be, cool environment and nice music. It’s BYOB, makes it even better.
This is the best hookah lounge in the city of Chicago as far as am concerned. Good music, experienced staff, no hassle finding a place to park. I will recommend this place anytime anyday
I didn't like the hookah. It was poorly made. Their prices aren't good for the hookah they have. If you're going for fun and a one-time smoke this would be the place but if you're a experienced hookah smoker I wouldn't recommend it they only have quick lighting charcoal three kings and no other option. The holes they use is a washable plastic hose that breaks easily and doesn't have quality. there really is nothing positive I can say about this place as an experienced hookah smoker. This is not my first time experience at this place I always give places a second chance when I review them. First time I was charged price of the hookah and that was it and second time i came I was charged tax and tip I think so inconsistency on that.
The patrons are always yelling in the streets, I literally see people boxing in the middle of the road. Cant imagine what its like inside.
