Our food has zero hormones and we cook only with extra virgin Greek olive oil, we use imported pasta and floor from Greece that has no GMOS and we only natural flavors from Greek herbs ,Greek spices and Greek sea salt . Fantastic little spot and hidden gem just off of Cochrane's Main Street. I can't rave enough about this place—the service was phenomenal and the food was outstanding. The pictures don't do it justice! Especially loved the 'Macedonian' phyllo pastry with cheese and drizzled honey, the beef skewers, and the moussaka I've been searching for authentic Greek moussaka forever. The menu is extensive and there's something for everyone. The prices were also reasonable and the portions were decent—unlike many new downtown restaurants in Calgary! Would 100% recommend to anyone. Will be back soon. Thank you!
The patio atmosphere takes you out of the Alberta vibes into a relaxing vacation away from the city. The service is super friendly, helpful, and entertaining. The food is exceptional - well spiced, well balanced, and fulfilling! Highly recommended.

This place is absolutely phenomenal and honestly one of the best meals I've ever had! If you are celiac they have many delicious gluten free options, and the staff are very knowledgeable and passionate about everything there. If I could put 100/5 stars I would!!

What a gem! I highly recommend "My Greek Plate". It is a cozy intimate venue where the owners have the time to talk The menu is sufficiently varied for all tastes. The place reminds me of European dining and old world flavors. Parking: Street parking and there is a lot behind. Wheelchair accessibility: Nice entry ramp and the interior is roomy.

Likely the best meal I've ever eaten. Local food from scratch. Truly Autentic people, and Greek dining experience. Had the Octopus appetizer; the octopus was tender and charred as it should be. Hummus with balsamic balanced the dish nicely. As a main I recieved the best lamb I've ever eaten. Tender, delicious, with fat perfectly rendered, paired with Greek seasoned potatoes, carrots and rice which complimented the dish, but also stood out on there own with fresh pepper and lemon on top. I recieved the owners wine reccomendation 'Ornello Molon', he articulated the tasting notes accurately and it was a fantastic pairing. Already stuffed but loving our experience; my wife and I finished with the Torte Cake as a desert. This dish blew us away. The presentation, and perfectly balanced richness of the dark chocolate with ice cream, fruit and jam was simple, unique and amazing. I reccomend anyone wanting a delicious and unique dining experience to make an effort to come here. Thank you for making my anniversary fantastic!
If you're looking for incredible, this is the place!!! 10 STARS. To sum it all in one word..."YUM!!" The food, atmosphere, and small town friendliness is included and comes with 'AAA' CLASS service too.
Highly recommend this place. We ordered 4 appetizers to share, two glasses of wine and a dessert to share. The prawns were amazing! We had them in two dishes seafood sampler and in garlic sauce, they were not dry and very plump. All of the food was flavorful, hot and presented well. The service was welcoming, friendly and experienced. We will be back! Parking: They have parking on the street and at the back.
