My Community Dental Centers ~ Mount Pleasant

Very caring individuals about your health and the care you give your mouth and teeth. They listen to your concerns you are having and try to help you feel better. I have been going to the Mt.Pleasant site since they built it. Love the experience. There have been a few times I may have needed a quick look at either my tooth or one of my granddaughters teeth and they got us in. Love them all they are a Great Bunch of People

I haven't been to the dentist in eight years at least all the people who work there were super nice and informative and they did their job carefully and quickly. They all had a super positive attitude and made the dentist appointment seem a lot less like a dentist appointment then more like a fun conversation while you get your teeth checked. I'm definitely choosing them for my next appointment.

Disappointed in this office to say the least. I have a tooth that needs to be extracted so I made an appointment to have this taken care of. This office has cancelled my appointment 2 or 3 times now by sending a text message and has not even had the decency to call and reschedule the appointment. After about a month of not hearing anything i have my wife call and they say they have an opening the next day for a 1:10 appointment on Friday. I arrive about 10 minutes early. After sitting there and waiting for over 40 minutes and having 3 people that showed up later then me get called in before me i finally spoke to the receptionist. Her response was nothing i can do about it i am just the receptionist, at that point i was extremely frustrated and just walked out. I had to get my children from school and don't have the time to wait around all day. The great part of the whole situation is i over hear the receptionist telling a patient on the phone don't be late or we will cancel your appointment. Apparently when you are on time and you have a set appointment the office doesn't hold up to that same standard. It then becomes you wait on us until we are ready to serve you. This dental office is also about a 45 minute commute for me so if the office is running behind courtesy calls should be made to say look we are about an hour behind today so if you can't make that work don't come. I think the situation is the office is overbooking patients. Thanks for your time have a great evening.

What an extraordinarily wonderful Dental Center!! My appointment visit today started off with wonderful office girls and Sarah being especially helpful to me. My dental assistant Amanda took me right back and she was so kind, wonderful and helpful in getting me all ready and prepared for my extractions. Heather did an awesome job administering the nitrous oxide. I really appreciate Dr. Tackett's kind attention to detail and professionalism with my extractions, plus I very much appreciate his wonderful help to me and how hard he works. These professionals need to be thanked and praised much more than they are, because they need to be aware how much of a helpful blessing they are to us in the whole community. Also my awesomely spectacular hygienist Catherine did a stellar cleaning job, on my last appt. I really look forward to future appointments there, as you all are such a help to the whole community.
