Brigadeiro is a very popular and uniquely brazilian sweet - a mixture of milk, sugar, butter and chocolate, slowly cooked and hand rolled into bite size balls. Some refer to brigadeiro as a cross between fudge and chocolate truffles.
My Brigadeiro luscious chocolates are nothing but ordinary. We select only the finest ingredients, coming from as far as South America and Europe, as well as from the local farms of the beautiful State of Vermont.
