Great experience. Bridgette Mallon was very helpful in guiding me through a financial matter. She help make a stressful situation better. I would recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a bank that cares about their customers.
They wanted to charge me $5.00 to cash a check. This frustrates me, the person with the account already pays the bank money for the privilege of writing checks to people. Then the bank wants to double dip by trying to charge me. I stopped here because it was closer than my bank, but I'm making the trip to my bank.
