My Third Stay: Still a Great Experience with Room for ImprovementnnThis was my third visit to this resort, though it was under different ownership during my previous stays. I've always had a great time here and have recommended it to many of my friends and family. The prices are reasonable, and the resort truly offers everything you could ask for, with the free canoes being a fantastic bonus.nMy only significant suggestion would be to offer jet ski rentals on-site or provide more information on nearby rental options. Many guests travel long distances and aren't familiar with the area, so this would be a valuable resource.nThe rooms were good, but the washrooms could definitely benefit from an upgrade.nWe also had a slight issue with the bonfire area. One evening, my family and friends were enjoying conversations around the bonfire past 11 PM when another guest asked us to be quiet. I believe the bonfire area should be situated further away from the accommodations. This would allow guests to fully enjoy themselves without disturbing others, as people come to a resort to relax and have fun.nOverall, despite these minor points, the resort remains excellent and consistently provides a wonderful experience.
We had an amazing staycation here! It’s a beautiful and peaceful place where we could recharge our batteries after our busy life in the city.nnThe location right by the lake allowed us to breathe in the fresh air, enjoy the silence, and partake in activities like kayaking or taking a boat out at sunset.nnThe small, cozy houses were perfect for relaxation, surrounded by outstanding nature. There are a few nice spots for drinks or meals just a 2-5 minute drive away.nnKevin, the host, did an incredible job providing all the necessary instructions and a list of recommendations for things to do and places to visit. We tried several of these suggestions and were glad we did, as they were definitely worth it.nnOverall, our experience was great! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and look forward to returning whenever we need to relax and enjoy some downtime.nnA special thank you for being a pet-friendly place! We traveled with our small dog, and he also loved it! Thanks!!
We had an amazing stay at the Inverloch lakefront cabin over the long weekend. The cabin was clean, cozy and equipped with everything needed throughout our stay. The location and lake views are stunning and we were just steps to the private beach. We look forward to returning in the future!
Great location and the place was spotless! Normally the patio chairs in other places are caked in cobwebs and bugs, which I expected here too, but I was so surprised to see how clean the place was! Inside rooms were spotless, chairs, canoes for you to use, and the pier was all very well maintained. The AC was strong, internet was a bit iffy but still usable. The main cabin has pool, board games, and foosball too. And the staff were always offering help and assistance.nnThe waterfront access was perfect and the place is dog friendly too.
Beautiful waterfront cabin with a great private beach and dock. I could not be happier with our stay! Instructions for checkin were easy, the cabin was cozy and clean with great amenities and the location is incredible. We spent some beautiful days out on the dock and in the lake, and we were close enough to Algonquin and other provincial parks and locations to spent plenty of time exploring the area. The resort is very quiet, the other guests were respectful and Dwight is a cute little town with some great hidden gems. I would definitely return and highly recommend!!
