Nail service very unprofessional. Mixed up my reservation with no apology. Why so snobby when you're opening a service based business?Very unsanitary! Never let them cut your cuticles since the nail tools were never cleaned. Polish was piled very thick and chipped after 4 days. Charged by finger, by design, by every little decorations, which is ridiculous for North American nail salon standard. Way over priced for the quality. Owner talks bad behind customers in front of current customers.

Very nice place and the artists are professional, I did my eyebrows and all my nails here. For those who lower the rating intentionally, i don't know if you are sent from another salon or just simply failed to take advantages, because their prices are pretty cheap as far as I know
