Murphys is one of the best restaurants I've eaten at! The brisket was yummy; perfectly tender and tasty. The BBQ sauce was an excellent compliment to the brisket. The potato salad and broccoli cheese soup were on point. And the corn bread... I usually am not a corn bread fan, but this was just the right combination of moist without being squishy or crumbly, and sweet without being too sweet. I can't wait to eat here again!!
I got the "Moove Over" what is a Smoked Beef Brisket 50% - 60% of the Brisket was just fat. The small amount of meat i got tasted good but worst part i didn't even receive part of my order. -- My husband got the "Pulled Pork Sandwich" he also said it came with a lot of fat... Not Impressed... :
Very tasty, reasonably priced for the portions you get, and friendly service. This is the 'three oinks and a moo' burger, their most decadent offering, and it was both impressive and tasty. We'll be going back to try the rest of their menu.
Amazing meat, but I won’t be going back bc I’m not interested in political proselytizing during my dinner. Regardless of political affiliation, it’s not what I want while dining out, and it’s not inclusive. Anyone who is LGBTQ or BIPOC would likely not feel welcome here, though I’m guessing the owners would be fine with that since one sign spells out very explicitly that if you aren’t ok w the list of things they believe, you can show yourself the door. Very friendly sentiment indeed.
Highly recommended! Friendly staff and very tasty brisket. We had the 'Loaded shoestring fries with brisket' and the 'Two oinks and a moo' burger with fried egg and smoked Mac and cheese.

Stopped in randomly and so glad we did!! Owner came out and offered free brisket and corned beef since we didn’t order it and I immediately regretted not ordering it!! Phenomenal food!! We’ll be back for sure!!
A great place to stop and refresh yourself. Inside or out, there's plenty of room. The corned beef is my personal favorite, but it's hard to go wrong with any of their meats.
Fantastic!!!can't say enough good things. Ive been coming to the Gorge for 20 years now. Murphys is my families new favourite by far. Checks all the right boxes, Good food, authentic local experience, massive portion, great selection of several good NW brews. With local places getting the polished vibe, and portion size, Murphs stays legit. If you need recoup depleted macros from your gorge adventure GET HERE. And reasonably priced. We seriously considered leaving the US as everything has become so pricey, not at Murphs, beats everyone by far. Final note, side dishes were great, the cornbread was superior.
The food was absolutely delicious & fast! The staff was super nice and just love the whole feel I got from this place! Kid-friendliness: The kids menu was really good and came with quite a bit! Also they has high chairs for those who need it and had easy togo cups for the kids!
