Awesome staff!! I love Dr McConnell as a vet and everyone is so polite and accommodating. Everyone really acts like they care and they listen to you and your concerns. Also, the actual building is beautiful. I feel very safe and taken care of there. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Great animal care place.

Can't say enough wonderful things about Murdoch.  Love them.  Very friendly and professional; from the office staff to the techs to the vets.  We love them all and my dog loves going to see them.

Everyone I've interacted with from the Murdoch Vet has been absolutely wonderful.  The service was always great, my dog was quite comfortable during her visits, and the staff was always quite helpful.  Well worth the short drive out of town!

I brought my dog in after a fall. Granted it was on a Sunday so I knew there would be emergency fees. I would not gave here had there been ANY other option given my experience tonight. I expected X-rays, which were suggested "just to be safe" after the physical exam. What I didn't expect was to be told to put my dog down and to be charged nearly $800 for the process. Taking advantage of pet owners in traumatic situations is definitely a priority for this vet. The suggestion to kill my dog aka my child, which should be a LAST RESORT not the first choice disgusts me. My dog will be getting seen elsewhere. I do not recommend this vet.
