They have a lot of materials for not being a superstore. Their prices are okay, and they have knowledgeable, friendly staff. I cannot compare them to a superstore, as their space is smaller, so they do not carry as many products, but they carry the major ones. They have an additional service desk for construction materials/building supplies. They are well organized.
Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable at the back desk. The young man who was in the customer service dept, helped a lot. And the gentleman at the back desk was able to provide me with the service i needed. Amazing store and would recommend it 10/10

Munson it a excellent company! I have been using them for a number of years and have got nothing but professional service in all my dealings with them. The lumber and other building supplies are superior to the big chain hardware stores, and they provide high level of knowledge on how to pick use the correct products. They have also supported the Community Outreach Project COP which provide construction services for the less fortunate in the Oneonta Area.
