Never fails I was out of the province and got sick! Must give 5+ stars , for Trent our Pharmacist @ IDA Munroes in Sorrento , so grateful for your prompt service and setting up a call with Dr Deepak Murthy. Dr Murthy was very helpful and gave me the prescription I needed.Thank you.
I needed to have my eye drop prescription refilled. So when I called the pharmacy, they let me know my prescription refill expired and I would need to see my eye doctor. I called them and both doctors were gone and could not refill the prescription. They said to call my family doctor. He also was gone to the end of August. So I called the pharmacy and they set up this appointment and Voila, I was able to get my prescription. Very simple and easy process.
Had a telephone Doctor fax in a prescription at 8:30am went to pick up at 11:30pm and wasn’t ready told I’d have to wait another hour due to multiple fax’s received and not filled…there’s 1 pharmacist here and 8 assistants if you need a prescription filled id go somewhere else there overwhelmed.
Always quick response Always get an appointment the same day i call Quick, precise and always a good experience Definitely user friendly I've talked to Dr Leach a couple have times using the system through my pharmacy highly recommended to anyone that needs to talk to a doctor
