WORST insurance company I have ever dealt with. I hope no one else ever has to fall victim to their deceit. I called and got a great quote, should have known it was suspiciously way better than anywhere else. But due to the hard times I faced money wise I thought nothing of it, and now I might as well sell my vehicle as I'll never be able to insure it for at least the next 5 years. I highly recommend if your thinking of using them, find another broker, you'll be thankful in the end even if it is a bit of a larger bill each month. Don't be fooled like I was.

If I could give less stars, I would. This company is ridiculous to deal with. They dodge questions, never give you an answer, are rude etc. I really feel I was given a bait and switch. When I got a quote I was given one price and then when I went to write up the business, was told a different price. There was no change in my info. It was just to get me in the door. Don't get me wrong mistakes happen, but to be treated poorly .... never again. You can't beat Munn's By ..... thats cause they beats the tar out of you first. Pigs

Not very nice people to deal with. Was trying to help a friend out who spoke poor English. I think when they heard him speak, they decided he was not a customer for them.

Their phone system makes it very difficult to reach specific MUNN locations.
