Not impressed that the inside waiting terminal is closed after 3 pm because of a few disrespectful rowdy school kids. Maybe the security should be there as that is what they are paid for instead of hiding in their cars or sleeping behind buildings. It's snowing and freezing rain and we have to stand outside to wait for a bus now
Need more bus schedules around the perimeter of the area and more benches, and more area to cover yourself from the rain/hot sun, lots of ways you can make this terminal a good experience especially when you have to wait a while for your bus. I depend on this terminal a lot.
I want to think it's because it's a small building I didn't see the washroom sign and no one to ask. The buses came on schedule though and the operators were courteous.
Sorry to say but I have to.. it’s Sunday and hard to get bus especially to my place as I have bus to there only at every hour. I was waiting at the terminal for 25 Governors brook bus from 4:20 pm and it didn’t showed up. But I saw a 28 Lacewood terminal bus passing by after 5-10 minutes another bus passed with the same board from terminal , I wondered why. Then I waited for another 10 minutes for my bus and when I checked on map it showed that my bus departed on time ..nI felt so angry , it’s cold and it’s Sunday and I have to wait another hour for the bus after my work. It is really frustrating. Plus , most of the time the updation of the bus won’t be true, that’s why I stayed there for another 10 minutes.nI don’t know to whom to blame this for. It is really sad that We don’t have enough bus in our bus route and it’s even more sad when it leaves even if we stayed in the terminal to catch it on SUNDAY
