This experience dates back about 4 years yet still relevant as i dealt with Raj (part owner) who's still there. Prepared to be scammed: 1. Charged me visa fees etc. but couldn't get visa as processing timelines were long closed for the year. I only found this later. 2. Sold me an insurance policy by misrepresenting it. Obviously, no refunds. Assault to injury, the flight I got had 5 connections to final destination. Never again.

This place has no idea what the term "Customer service" means, all they care about is getting paid. I dealt with Asad who had booked our trip previously, but unfortunately the last few weeks before we could go, something came up and we had to cancel. He told us it was "Not refundable" but when we called the main source (WestJet travel) we were told we could cancel as long as its at least 14 days prior to departure, and then there would be a fee if we were to cancel any day after that. He called us back the 13th day saying "Oh we could cancel now, but there will be a cancellation fee". Asad waited till the last 2 weeks to cancel our trip so he could still make his commission off of our trip. WORST SERVICE, DO NOT GO HERE.

2nd time in one year.. Miscomitment keep calling them n they said we will call u back in half an hour or very shortly but they never call u back... They r over burden now... They definitly need more employees or atleast dont waste the time of their customers... Or simply tell the customer that we r sorry..qe r not able to entertain u at this time...

Terrible. Dealt with a very unprofessional employee. His tone of voice suggested that he was doing me a favor by booking me a ticket ! Then, I literally spelt out my wife's name to him and he still managed to get it wrong on the ticket booking! No follow up, no customer service skills. Go elsewhere if you value your time and money. There are way better deals out there, and companies that value customers and their business.

Trash service, I might as well set up a camp well I wait for my turn. The staff don't even acknowledge that there are people waiting for them. You might as well book flights from the numerous apps out there than go to this agency to book your flights. Would never commend this travel agency to anyone, the staff is very rude and uncomfortably loud.
