Im a regular customer and I love the food here. But the portioning is way too small. Not worth the price. It disappoints me so much. Portioning is way too less and bad for $17. Bad portioning! Really annoyed and frustrated.
I go to this location once a week because of a lack of other options for the chain. I love mucho’s food but the customer service is terrible. They are understaffed so you have to wait for a long time, once called in a pick up order for 15 minutes and they took over 40. Today I went in and ordered a regular burrito with guac the man making it didn’t heat the tortilla up before making it, and gave me half scoops of everything even the guac I was paying extra for. When I called him out on it he gave me an attitude and tried arguing. Wouldn’t recommend this location if you have other options! Also very fitting that most other customers are complaining about portions and service.
For what you pay for and what you get is a joke, I got the taco trio. And they are so cheap with the meat and toppings, I will not tell anyone to eat there.Food: 1/5
I bought a salad bowl and it was only half full for $15. No complaints about the taste. They should serve it in a smaller bowl. Increased price for a smaller portion.

I tried chicken salad. It was so healthy. If you like to have chicken and good portion of vegetables you must try this. Always a great meal! You can’t go wrong coming here . its best thing is customer service is so good
Was eating a burrito at home and found mould on the tortilla. Not exactly the best thing for a pregnant person to eat.
Customer service is excellent, friendly staff. One of the staff Rupinder, she is always servers food with lots of love. She always bears smile on her face while service. Really appreciate staff efforts. Food is also delicious . Hygienic food court.
Every time I come to mucho burrito for a healthy fast food choice I leave disappointed. It seems EVERY TIME I am getting food prepared I have to fight for a proper scoop of chicken and I have to pay extra for it. If I do not pay for an extra scoop of chicken the photo below is what I get and is self explanatory. $10 for this ? You should be embarrassed to serve this... Please for the love of burritos and everything that is Mexican train your staff where ever Chipotle trains theirs...
Awesome customer service and the freshness of food makes you feel like coming again. Sizzling hot spicy salsas is a great combination with chips and it’s worth paying for the portioning I get whenever I go there. Coming here since it’s opened and would recommend to everyone.
