Worst experience of my life. They were rude and didn't understand English. I showed the a picture before I sat down and asked if they could do what was in it, because if Not, I would go elsewhere. They assured me they could. After wasting 2 hrs of my time, they then told me they couldn't do it, unless I wanted to spend $30 more after saying it would be they same price. I told them not to do anything and I would leave and they proceeded to lock the door and surround me and yell at me (in non-english) because I was going to leave. I left in tears. Worst experience of my LIFE! And I STILL payed for a service that they didn't give me. Do NOT go here!

A few weeks ago I went and got a full set of nails done. I showed a photo of what I wanted and my end result was kinda the same as the photo however the nails on one hand were not the same as the nails on the other. The lady did say that it was her first time and if I wasn’t happy, I could have then re-done. I deceived to just wait a few weeks and have them taken off. So to get to why I am posting this review, today I went in to the salon to have the nails taken off and shellac put on. I told the guy at the front what I wanted, he sat me down at a table. A lady sat down asked me what I wanted, I told her, take these off and put shellac on. She then asked me if I wanted tips put in so I , take these off and put shellac on. Well.....four of them start talking to each other in their language but saying in English “take off, put shallec”. Like you think I don’t know you were talking about me?

I have been going to MS Nails for years. The ladies (and gent!) there are great! I never have to wait even when I don't have an appointment and the odd time I have had to wait, it's because they were busy and I didn't have an appointment (that's on me, not them). They are fast and I have never had breakage in all the years I have gone. Thanks MS Nails team!!

Always great experience. Prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly and meticulous. Simon makes sure everything is perfect!

I was very pleased with my experience here. The lady who did my nails was quick but detail oriented. She also didn’t make awkward small talk and I was able to just sit and watch TV. The only qualm I had was that she hurt me a few times, but it was minimal and not a big deal compared to how great my nails turned out.
